It's the usual thing that happens with earthquake articles. It happens, the USGS' earthquake monitoring program reports it, the press repeats it and says "no casualties or damage were reported;" think of it like this – earthquakes happen every day, whether we notice them or not. Even if we do notice them, as I said, there's no damage, and that's the case here. This article basically said "an earthquake occurred in XXX at XXX, and it was felt".
