I've always loved how Robbin expresses emotions. "Let's brush our teeth together" "I can finally breathe" lines like these, that are weird but some how all of us understand, is why I love him. It's also why Pigeon is one of my favorite songs from him, as well as I'll Make Cereal. He's odd but in the best way possible. Cavetown has been the biggest inspiration to me, and everything I want to be in the future. Don't lose hope, any of you. This world is dark, but hey, we have our own little light right here. This is such a beautiful song but it makes me a little sad knowing they broke up.

I walked home from my friend’s house this morning. It was frosty, freezing cold, conkers and apples dropping from the trees . The air was crisp and clear and misty and beautiful. There was nobody but me and the sounds of the springs. And I walked up the hill out of the mist and looked down and thought:
I’m happy to be alive today. I’ve come from the side of someone beautiful, who I love, still warm from morning tea and porridge and drifting in and out of sleep in next to someone and here I am. Fuck everything else because right now I’m fucking happy. Fuck the world, I’m fucking happy.
The rest of my day was shite. But that moment was beautiful.

He's replied just some mental health issues going on with him and I honestly hope I can help him through this

3rd Edit 1/7/2020 :I thought to revist this, he's now my boyfriend and he's fine still dealing with mental health but atleast I know he'll let me be there for him
4th Edit 6/7/2020 :3 to 4 days ago he came round randomly, he was having a panic attack and asked out of the blue to come over, I said yes and he stayed over I cooked and we slept together; he still takes up most of the bed just like our first date, he still waits for me in bed when he wakes up before me probably so I can wake up to someone; he took me shopping for grocceries after we slept for most of the 2nd day and he had to go.
That night I couldn't sleep since I've had such issues with people being mean to me in my life that I felt so vulnerable without him, after 3 weeks of not seeing him it was such a good time and I'm going to try going to see him more even if now I live 2 hours away instead of 5 minutes.
I really like him and this song brings me so much joy to remember all the times we've had and probably will have
5th Edit 10/08/2020: It was like a fairy tale you know, we met as he was the store clerk and we kissed before our first date
I broke up with him today due to his mental health being too bad that it seemed to burden him, his birthday was 2 days ago and I'm still giving him his presents and supporting him but I won't try getting in a relationship with him before his mental health is better
6th Edit 19/01/2022: Its been a weird 2 years, he's not the best at keeping touch but everytime we talk we've both done so much in our lives to amaze the other; he finally got into college after trying so hard and I'm so happy, we talked and I told him how much I missed him and cherish the moments we had, I think I'll leave this quote from last night's talk with him,"i care abt you so much.. even thought im bad at talking im always thinking abt you:) im so glad we met, thank you for shopping at my awful store"

this song reminds me of my best friend, who i love more than anyone, he's always been there to share soft peaceful moments with, i miss him. I moved away last summer and haven't seen him in way to long, he's gonna come visit me as soon as he can. i cant wait to see him again, if we we're both straight he'd be my soulmate, he probably is.

this song is my favorite song ever. i don’t have diagnosed anxiety, but whenever i feel anxious or sad or anything bad, i listen to this song and it calms me down. Basically Anxiety medication infused into a song. Its such a nice song. literally the definition of a virtual hug.
