How could anybody even take offense to a word that he used... so many people are so hypocritical it's mind boggling. People need to get out of their feelings and emotions real quick!!! Anyway we THANK GOD FOR THE GOSPEL BEING PREACHED ON THIS PLATFORM AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS THIS PASTOR AND THE MINISTRY.

When the Lord saved me 20 years ago I was subjected to very passionate oraters as well as docile preachers in most of the local congregations in the area I was living at. Unfortunately, not much has changed these days because so called "pastors" are more concerned with the cares and the riches of this world like Jesus said in the parable of the sower and the seed. I was in a back slidden state for 10 years and God had mercy on my soul. I'm currently attending a reformed church even though I'm not a reformist or a calvinist. To hear such a message with emotion yet not neglect sound doctrine and promote exegesis of the text warms my heart. Im grateful this man of God answered the calling that our Lord placed on his life! I'm in tears from the correlation Christ paying the taxes that peter owed to Jesus paying the debt we owed so we could have everlasting life! This was fantastic 😭

This man actually teaches the Word, this is what my heart has been desiring and looking for! Thank you Lord for leading me here!🙌🏽

I dont know how I stumbled up on this video because i knew nothing about this church or man of God. I am in love with Chist, an experienced church goer under the Pentecostal Faith but i am thirsty for someone more real than i have ever experienced. The enemy has infultrated my family and regardless of my prayers, my anger at my family members, there has been no change. Yes I read my bible, yes I try to walk in Holiness but there's so much that im missing. Though i live out of State, once lived in Atlanta, I will return to attend this service.

Wow. Having followed a certain mega "pastor" from about 2017 until he lost God's vision post-2020, to hear this pastor say "We're not here for entertainment," is powerful. I'm all for productions and shows and don't mind fun in church. But some churches have gone so far off the path to be nothing but showmanship. God bless.

im from mexico/texas and randomly came across one of pastor philips videos on the story of how lucifer became satan. ive read my bible a few times but never caught that. he encouraged me to REALLY study and understand the word. I got saved a few years ago but i really truly didnt start following jesus until i started reading the bible. i understand that to REALLY TRULY love God is to REALLY TRULY get to know Him. so im now reading the word carefully, diligently and asking the holy spirit to help me understand and discern things. I hope to visit this church one day & thank the pastor for encouraging me and helping me with my walk. ultimately the glory goes to God. HE led me to pastor philips video and it MOVED me. i stopped following pastors and watching youtube videos about the bible and christianity cause there are so many wolves in sheeps clothing. thank you pastor philip. praying for you and the whole congregation
